European Winner-2025, Brno

This year we took two borzois - Raskat and Demetra, and two leonbergers - Elsi and Zaia to the European Winner show in Czech Republic. Competition among borzois was quite strong with 87 dogs enetered representing all the Europe from Scandinavia to Italy. Raskat was entered in the working class, because despite of his multiple beauty champion titles I believe it is prestigious and important to demonstrate that he can perform very well too. To meet all the requirements for obrtaining international working certificate for the sighthounds is already challenging. Perhaps, others did not manage to do so, and he was alone in the class getting exc.1 and CAC both days. As a result, Raskat got a new title of Czech Champion.

Demetra being in a perfect show condition on the entry date two months ago decided to change into a summer dress and was totally out of coat. Nevertheless the first day she got "excellent" in a strong class of champion females with 13 entries, and the second day at the national show she was placed the 2nd out of 8 females highly appreciated by the judge T.Jakkel for her type and movement. 

With the leonbergers our results were more descrete this time. Elsie got exc.3 in open class at the EW show and exc. 2 the next day. Zaia got very good the first day for uknown for me reasons (no judge critics were provided at the show and no comments), exc.4 in junior class the next day.
