Kudeyar wins at his first international coursing competitions

On March 15 our borzoi team took part in CACIL international coursing in PERGINE VALSUGANA (Italy) with 13 borzois enetered. It was the first race for our young Kudeayr and Kharisma after obtaining their coursing licenses and despite of rain and mud their debut was very successful. We could not expect that Kudeyar would win getting ahead of his senior and more experienced competitors - CACL, CACIL, BOS. Raskat was placed the third with RisCACIL. Kharisma and Pava also performed well getting the 5th and 6th place respectively with "excellent". Kharisma was at the third place after the first run. She caught the lure in the middle of parcour demonstrating classical "brosok" of a borzoi, unexpected rapid acceleration and catching the prey. The operator did not expect it and she made an acrobatic flip with the lure, but nevertheless continued the pursuit. The points for her second run werelower, although we were very satisfied with all the participants of or team showing stable and dedicated performance.
